If you love spring and summer, but it burns your eyes and makes your nose run, then I’ll get straight to the point. There is a simple supplement you can take alongside a standard anti histamine pill that boosts your relief from symptoms.

The best part is that it costs about the same as a take away coffee for a whole month’s supply of the supplement.

Spirulina is sold as a little green dietary supplement pill, made from blue-green algae. It’s packed with vitamins, minerals and protein. So it’s a good thing to add to your diet anyway, regardless of the time of year.

But when it comes to hay fever, it’s the anti-inflammatory effects that make the difference.
