Multiple Jobs & Still Can’t Pay Your Bills?

I know from friends around the world that this economic problem is hitting every country right now. The cost of merely existing on our own planet is driving us to a place where we won’t cope for much longer.
I’m in the UK, and so this is where my facts and figures are coming from. But I know we are all experiencing the same across the board.
The elite few at the top of the pecking order — and mostly because they were born into wealth and status — are happily profiting while the rest of the working world is backed into a corner.
There is a Facebook post doing the rounds, which I shared the other day. This is what inspired me to write this story. So, let me start by showing you the post in question:
* British Gas made a profit of £1.3bn between January & June
* BP announced profits of £6.95 billion between April and June alone
* Shell has profited by £9.4bn in a year
The MEN at the top:
* John Pettigrew, boss of National Grid received £6.5m bonus on top of his salary
* Chris O’Shea, chief executive of British Gas owner Centrica was paid almost £2m last year in salary and benefits
