If you run a small business, the chances are you are better at the service you sell in your business, rather than the marketing side of things. If this is true for you, then don’t worry. It’s a common situation.

It should come as good news that selling more through your email campaigns doesn’t require a marketing background, technical skills, or any investment to speak of.

Everything that’s explained here is very easy to set up. You can get started with a free account, something like Mailchimp or Convertkit.

Setting up your new account is pretty simple:

  • Register your details
  • Choose and customise your email template
  • Import any email addresses you already have permission to use
  • Use a landing page template to get more email addresses on your list
  • Send out some cool info and offers

Start simple

Your first email broadcasts don’t need to be long reads. In fact, most people will only bother reading short and sweet emails, so keep things light.
